The LGBTQ Journal – In 100 Words

The LGBTQ Policy Journal at the Harvard Kennedy School is a student run, nonpartisan review dedicated to publishing interdisciplinary work on policymaking and politics including and impacting LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer) communities and individuals. Now in its fifth year, the LGBTQ Policy Journal published its first edition in the spring of 2011. At the Journal, we strive to improve the quality of public policies affecting LGBTQ communities by furthering reflection and debate on the complex economic, political, and social consequences of public policy regimes for LGBTQ persons. We celebrate diversity, embrace controversy, and promote equality for all.
